Baby Lily

OK...so sorry that I have not been good at keeping this up (Aunt Tami) But maybe now that I am not pregnant, I will do better. I was just so tired all of the time and behind on everything, this Blog took back page. So, I will try to do better.
Lily Rome LaBrant was born on July 6th, 2009 @ 10:31 am. I am sorry Ava that I could not wait until July 9th! But, I was ready to get her out!!! Lily weighed 8lbs 15oz and was 20.25"
She is such a good baby. Sleeps a lot. Let's the boys hold her and kiss all over her. She fussed at first at diaper changes, but now she does not. I am even doing a pretty good job at changing girl diapers! Yah Me! She likes to be swaddled and still stays curled up...pretty cute.
Here are some pictures that I took of her when she was exactly 1 week old.

A Day at the Zoo

Since this was the last weekend of Spring Break, we decided to head up to Montgomery and go to the zoo. Tate had such a great time the last time we weer there, we had to take him again. We saw all sorts of animals and rode the train at the end. All the boys had a great time and were very patient with the little guy. They are such good big brothers. My allergies were killing me, so I was wobbling, sneezing, and having runny eyes. Spring is beautiful, but I do hate the pollen. After the zoo, we ate at Chili's...mmmmm....that was sooooo good!

Snow 3

Here are the rest of the pictures. Ken, Luke, Cole, and Jack went skiing the second day while Clay, Tate, and I stayed nice and warm in our hotel. The next day we went shopping in downtown Cadillac. We went into a coffee cafe, a candy store, and a toy store. There was snow everywhere and it snowed while we were shopping. For New Year's Eve we ate at Maggie's Tavern. The tavern had a very authentic older middle west decor to it. And the food was great! After we ate we saw a movie. When we left the movie at 11:00 pm EST it was -1 degrees. When we went to sleep at 1:00 am EST the weather channel said it was -8 degrees! brrrr!!!
We woke up and ate breakfast then left Cadillac. We drove to Tennessee and spent the night. We arrived home Friday. We left a 15 degree temperature and arrived home to a 65 degree temperature. Ken and the guys are missing the cold weather...but I love our mild south Alabama temperature! No more thermal underwear!! :)
I hope you all enjoy our pictures.

Snow Part 2

Ok...so here are some more pictures of us in the snow up in Cadillac Michigan. These are of us sledding down a free hill, seeing Lake Cadillac frozen and PEOPLE WERE FISHING ON IT and us skiing at Caberfae Peaks. I could only upload 50 pictures, so this is Snow Part 2.
